What is your return policy?
For any issues with products, email us within 14 days. If a package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the box inside email. Products should be in unworn condition if being returned. AS FOR PERSONALIZED JEWELRY we can gladly exchange the product for you. If you don't want another personalized item we can give you store credit. Personalized items are hard to resell as they are made only for YOU.
When will my Custom Necklace get here?
Custom necklaces normally take 10-18 days to be produced. We will keep you updated when order is being processed, when it's being shipped to store, and when it's being shipped to you. We post updates on our Instagram Page as well. Be sure to follow us.
How I do purchase and receive the Digital Files?
Once you purchase the digital file you can download it from the thank you page. You will also receive an email with the file included in it.
